What do envision retirement to be like?

I know a lot of you are quite young and for many retirement seems to be elusive; but when that day comes, what do you envision doing? I am having difficulty adjusting. Part of it is this cold weather that prevents me from getting outside. I am volunteering at the church, reading, cooking/baking, and still selling a few clamps. Need to get back into learning spanish. Just wish these feelings of anxiety and depression would go away.

How does one deal with watching savings start being repleted instead of growing?

How do you tell people and institutions you have helped financially that you can't do it anymore.

I would love to retain the family hunting ranch and buy a house in the keys with a boat. And I will travel back and forth between the two places spending an equal amount of time and have a comfortable amount of money in the bank. Half of my life would be in the woods. The other half would be on the beautiful deep blue sea

@KingofBones1 i still have the family farmstead up north. It's a lot of work keeping it mowed and the trees trimmed.
My gf has a lake cabin. So i seem to spend most of my time driving feverously up and down the road in the summer.
