I'm too challenged to keep up my meditation practice. I'm treating it the same way, meaning, I gave up trying to keep it up daily and consistently and I meditate as I train.
Not twice a day, not in my perfect place.
I just meditate whenever I can and for as long as it feels okay.
I was struggling, listening to this helped me.

I liked his idea of "whenever you remember the meditation" somehow it helps me release some stress and instead of going either all or nothing, meaning, I either have the perfect practice set in, I just go for what I can, which is a lot better than giving up because I can't keep up with an hour or two. ..
