Who is more at fault?

@ABCDEF7 I didn't say about people who do "nothing", i said about people who "encourage/support" evil.

@sahi81 They are even worse than who do nothing. Even as per law supporting/encouraging a crime is similarly punishable.

@ABCDEF7 yes ! It should be unless the person who encouraged it is ignorant or innocent or did it unintentionally!

@sahi81 The person doing bad can also say that I was ignorant, and didn't know it is bad/crime. That can not be an excuse. Even the law never considers being ignorant to law as an excuse.

@sahi81 This way people will be doing all crime and would simply say, I was ignorant.

@ABCDEF7 true... Maybe not ignorance but innocence... or unintentionally if someone does it, accountability is important but also forgiveness,

@ABCDEF7 yes, we should as society, kill ignornace by knowing what is wrong or right and spreading awareness, not promote ignorance!

@sahi81 Even law sometimes(rarely) considers forgiveness when it is proved that it was not intentional. But they should have repentance for their mistakenly wrong actions.

@ABCDEF7 i think our law should reduce punishment for people who did it out of innocence... I think highly developed euroepan countries have better law and punishment system than ours, they seem more forgiving and deal with reducing crimes in smarter ways.
