Question to men and women here who are non-Indians, would you date an Indian?

So as you all know i turned 24 just 9 days ago and living in the city Bangalore in India but born in Siliguri in West Bengal in India and unfortunately never had a gf. Idk i am just unable to get any Indian woman. I am an MBA student and talked with so many in my University but majority doesnt seem interested in me. Even on social media like Instagram, they give slow replies or doesnt see my texts for days and some gives one word replies and even in person too many doesnt have continuous conversations with me and it just feels so hard to even get a date with one. In fact they don't even notice me in University until I say them Hi even if we talked several times before and a few of them even distanced themselves from me.

Btw there is a luxurious mall in our city Bangalore named UB City and many expats there who lives in the city visits there. Yeah many foreigners do come to Bangalore as expats because its the major IT hub of India. I talked with 11 expat women in the mall so far and all were white Caucasian women within 20-35 age range. They were much more nicer and confident while talking to me. The most recent one was 10 days ago in the mall with a beautiful Canadian woman and she was so friendly. I also talked with women from other countries like Germany, US, Ukraine, Australia etc. They seem to be less reserved than the Indian women in my MBA despite the fact that i share a common University with them whereas with the foreign women I am a stranger. What do you feel about it?
