Describe your typical Sunday morning?

My son waking me up telling me he wants a pet bearded dragon or some other type of reptile we cannot get , I make breakfast , excersize , get interrupted half a dozen times, get annoyed , excersize , do other things ...make lunch , clean , laundry , dinner, excersize , get son ready for bed , excersize , sleep 😴

Gym at 8.00..on the way home pick up some fresh croissants from the market and have a coffee there and a bit of people watching. Home, breakfast, papers...pottering around doing bits and pieces!

Let's see. Church at 9. Home by 12:30 or 1. Sunday Brunch or Dinner (depends on how you look at it) at 2. Ciesta/Family Time after Brunch/Dinner.

It's much like any other morning: breakfast then carrying on with the day's activities.

5am. Do some lunges/squats.
7am. Anything sandwich.
11am. Go to sleep.
Lots of SW and whatnot in between

Just like every other morning. Reading, wasting time here, cuddling with my cat.

Coffee, breakfast, TV, laundry, napping, football

Wake up around 7,shower,bacon and eggs,call my mom then workout

If I don't work, I'm dead asleep.
