Regarding my Husband Watch Adult or Soft Core Hentai Type Scenes in an Anime Series with Baby in Same Room

Ok so I spoke to him again and I still stand by every I said but he was defensive yesterday because he said that he had already read the manga for that series and it wasn't like that.
He said that there had only been a few mildly explicit type scenes in that anime which wasn't in the manga and that I had walked in at the worst moment. He agreed that if he hadn't walked out of the room himself that he would have turned it off too. He didn't know about the bath scene and he said that he felt I was overacting.

I feel slightly better. I still told him to watch it. Odds are honestly that my son wasn't really paying attention. He can't talk yet, but I don't want those scenes in his face as he grows more awareness.

Anime alone seems a bit creepy to me for an adult male. The porn aspect simply makes it worse.

Then, add a child to the mix 🤯

@Adogslife Anime is not bad. I occasionally have watched an anime series. I also have liked regular cartoons. Think of anime like a living comic book. That's how it started out. If you have ever liked any super hero comic such as DC or Marvel it's the same thing. Think of how some of those comics are drawn.
The difference is that anime does not always focus on characters having powers but sometimes they do.
Also I would say that anime is a tad more sexualized in general than regular comic books but I have also seen some sexy comics when I visited a comic book shop once. There are also tons of regular pg kid friendly anime. One of my favs is The Last Airbender. ( An American Anime)

My uncle once had thousands of comic books in a storage room and some of those characters were pretty scantily clad.
It's just more common now a days to read or watch manga/anime than comic books.
