Regarding my Husband Watch Adult or Soft Core Hentai Type Scenes in an Anime Series with Baby in Same Room

Ok so I spoke to him again and I still stand by every I said but he was defensive yesterday because he said that he had already read the manga for that series and it wasn't like that.
He said that there had only been a few mildly explicit type scenes in that anime which wasn't in the manga and that I had walked in at the worst moment. He agreed that if he hadn't walked out of the room himself that he would have turned it off too. He didn't know about the bath scene and he said that he felt I was overacting.

I feel slightly better. I still told him to watch it. Odds are honestly that my son wasn't really paying attention. He can't talk yet, but I don't want those scenes in his face as he grows more awareness.

People get hung up on the strangest things, and yet, still pretend Santa Clause is real.. lying to their kid for their entire life until one day the lie is discovered, and then they laugh and say.. but you were so cute when you believed.
Now an anime has nipples and its a big deal. lol.

@JamesBugman As one who grew up watching the most inappropriate content with her father, I can tell you that believing in Santa and watching a young girl kill her whole family so she could have Dady all to herself, or the graphic sex scenes in a variety of films., it nothing like the Santa lie. They are not comparable. Shes not wrong to be bothered by this.

@nonsensiclesnail Yes my father was inappropriate too. I don't believe that my husband is like that at all but I want to make it clear early. Keep adult stuff away from the child.
These days kids are exposed to soo much too soon. I am not afraid for my kids to see nudity but context matters.

Nudity in itself is not the problem, as we are all naked under our clothes. When things are sexual it is completely inappropriate around children, and for so many reasons. @JamesBugman
