Why do people nowadays even find a 20 or even 21 year old dating a 24 year old strange and talks about power dynamics? Why?

So I turned 24 just 4 days ago and my dating age preference for women is 20-30 age range so 20 is my minimum and on this another site I asked whether 20 and 24 or even 21 and 24 is considered bad and some woman who is 28 or something is saying how there can still be a power dynamic between 20 and 24 just because she had a problematic relationship with a 20 year old male when she was 23. I even said how I am an MBA student and 20-28 year olds are basically my peers and 21-26 is the most common of them but still they even said how we change a lot between 21 and 24 and that there will be some power dynamics. Why? How is 21 and 24 much different to cause any problems? Isn't 20-24 in the same age range? I can understand because calling 18 and 24 as weird but they are infantilizing even 20 and 21 year olds to the point that even dating someone 3 or 4 years older than them is considered problematic. What do you people feel?
