Be careful...an incident happened to me too. I tripped over my dog and hit my face at the edge of the countertop. Luckily I was able to brace myself with a hand. That was in March but sometimes I feel a sudden pain on my hand.

Bummer - I've been there. best thing I did was getting a big bulky vest that's easy to get on and off for going out...it's amazing what you learn to do with one hand...and keep on top of physical therapy exercises...1 year I was pretty good but really 2 years to be 100% I had a plate though....good luck, heal fast.
