@MsSwan If my memory does not fail me, yes, that is a choke. The button above is the windshield wiper with 1 single speed and the wipers doing about 1 swipe every second. I don't remember the use of the button above the windshield wiper. The handle on the right are the blinker and the head lights where you have to move the black knob forward.

They can be. Read “The Psychology of Emojis.” One who excessively uses emojis is what you need to be aware of—not necessarily a specific one, though some certainly jump out.
