We have to get rid of: 'If Only..'

-If only I was rich?
-If only I was more attractive?
-If only my dog wouldn't attack everyone who came up the driveway?

I want to concentrate on what I do have:

-a reasonable personality
-a steady pension
-a wonderful place to live

and nobody is gonna die from a Yorkshire Terrier bite
I'm not even gonna consult a lawyer
