The futility of it

Recently I hung out with my dad, aimlessly wandering around a mall.
Out of nowhere, with out giving me a chance to say no, a shoe salesman pulls me aside to butter me up and even shine my shoes.

I felt bad because I had to break it to this guy I'm not gonna buy his shoe buff. He was too generous and he shined my work shoes... which will just be dirty again

Why do people, especially even children, die to even get to the border of the USA? 🤷🏻‍♂

They, like this man, is expecting you to spread the word. Increasing their chances of crossing. For him, a POSSIBLE bigger customer base.

I bet other people saw this? Didn't they? 😊

@smiler2012 yeah, I appreciated that but the cleaning kit was $70, on sale!
