Something will finally pop in my spine and the pain disappears. Or something like that. Either way, I want it to disappear.

@CrazyMusicLover On-going pain is a terrible thing.

Here's hoping that your pain eases.
CrazyMusicLover · 31-35
@LesDawsonsPiano The worst about it is that I don't know what's the cause. I just hope it's not something serious.
LesDawsonsPiano · 70-79
@CrazyMusicLover Really, you need to get it checked out. Just my advice.
CrazyMusicLover · 31-35
@LesDawsonsPiano I'm waiting for an appointment but it's on Friday next week.

@CrazyMusicLover Wishing you the best.

@CrazyMusicLover Oh, OK. Best of luck.

@CrazyMusicLover I have just gone thru that myself. Mine was an asthma flare which inflamed my ribs. It hurt like hell along with horrible back aches. I take ibuphrophin and put pain patches where it hurts and ice the area. Also hot soaks. It works. I hope you feel better soon!🤗

@Blondily I honestly have no idea what's going on but it's pain that it's triggered mostly by walking outdoors, especially downhill when I fall on my feet a bit harder and it nags below my ribs on the left. Flexing abdominal muscles and/or pressing on them can stop the pain sometimes but obviously I can't walk like that all the time. That's how it started but these days it appears at other occasions too. Like last night when I lay in my bed and breathed out I felt the pain shot out. And I generally feel discomfort on that side all the time now.

I hurt my left ribs earlier this year, I think in March, when I had persistent cough from bronchitis and one day something just snapped and I could barely move. It hurt to touch my ribs for about 2 weeks and I healed completely in maybe a month and half. Of course, my muscles hurt then too but it was a different kind of pain and they seemed to heal over time. Then I noticed a bump on one of my ribs which eventually disappeared later too. I don't know if it could be related or if that pain actually comes from some internal organ.

@CrazyMusicLover Oh it sounds so painful. 🙁 Similar to mine. Best thing you can do for now until you see your doctor is REST, ICE and painkillers. Don't use the side of your body that hurts. I made that mistake and didn't listen to my body saying sit down and rest. Im listening now! I hope your pain eases up soon by taking it EASY!
CrazyMusicLover · 31-35
@Blondily The pain is manageable, not too intense but it's very annoying. It's been over 2 months now. Occasionally combined with gallbladder pain. 😮‍💨 Which might be related too. I hope for another USG evaluated by GI doctor and some clear conclusion.
Blondily · F
@CrazyMusicLover Two months us too long. It probably is related to your gall bladder. Try to take it easy and use home remedies when you can sit still.
