I had a letter once from the Police in Enfield saying that my background check for the position of a cricket coach would not be affected by the previous investigation against me for sexual offences in Enfield 👀
I was like umm, I don't play or coach cricket and I've never been to Enfield 🤔 I had to call the detective and explain this and he said that someone had likely used my identity. This was around the same time that someone had changed the address of my bank account to a place in Wales 🙄 How they could even do that without my consent is a mystery to me but anyway, I very soon left that bank and moved my money elsewhere.
