Yes, I've lost touch completely with many of them the day they gave birth.

@NerdyPotato I believe the experience of birth in itself is changing the person.

@SW-User maybe to some extent, but responsibilities change a whole lot too. Caring for a baby 24/7 is exhausting, so it makes sense that other things have to move aside for that. But it's still a shame how volatile friendships are in that regard.

@SW-User it makes perfect sense, but it still hurts. Hurt isn't going to change the situation though, so trying to let go is the best option indeed.
