A. I’m taking time over summer to clean out my basement and donate a mother load of stuff.
B. I really need a cat but the timing isn’t right just yet
C. Still dealing with long Covid. It’s been 2 years 8 months. As long as I keep up with acupuncture I’m ok. But it has taken such a toll on me and made me realise good health truly is everything.

@Jenny1234 I'm sorry to hear you are dealing with Long Covid Jenny :( Do they have you on a steroid for lungs/breathing? What are symptoms you have?
Jenny1234 · 56-60, F
@Baybreeze my symptoms are extreme exhaustion, dizziness, and nausea. No breathing/respiratory problems.

@Jenny1234 And you had those symptoms during when you first go t COVID , too? Or they came after, and then just kept ongoing?
Jenny1234 · 56-60, F
@Baybreeze all the symptoms hit me on second day after testing positive for Covid. The first 14 months were brutal. I truly thought I was dying. saw every specialist my family dr could think of sending me to. They all said I was perfectly healthy. Neurologist said it’s long Covid.

@Jenny1234 I know they make anti nausea pills, have you tried them? I'm sorry this keeps continuuing..hopefully really soon these symptoms will Take a Hike.

@Baybreeze I did try various medications. It was the dizziness that was the worst. Kept me off work a lot for the first three months and some days I couldn’t even get out of bed. The only thing that truly worked for me was gravol But that stuff knocks me out for hours. I still get nauseous A couple of times a week, but it usually passes within an hour.

@Jenny1234 Possibly try meclizine. It is similar to whats in Dramamine..a med that helps vertigo ir dizziness. I have a misaligned jaw and i get vertigo occasionally..it did help. Vertigo is just the WORST..its similar to dizziness. I had to take 2 though..one didn't help. I hope these symptoms ease for you soon🌹

@Baybreeze I’ll keep it in mind. I hope you are getting relief from your dizziness. It’s just an awful thing to live with.
