Been rough in bed last couple nights. And not in the fun " more please' way

I go to bed feeling ok. Tired, my days are busy AF. I do spend most days hardly sitting. Running up and down hallways at work. Using the stairs. Maybe its my beloved comfy shoes. They don't have much support but they are as close to feeling barefoot as you can at work I think.

Anyway, I digress. I get in bed at night. The minute my body relaxes my legs start aching until so uncomfortable i have to constantly change positions. From my hips to my ankles
I do take magnesium btw. I also have a B vitamin blend. And potassium is good too

You may be dehydrated. Alcohol, caffeine and carbonated drinks dry you out.

Or you may have 'long covid' - which causes micro-blood clots. If so, ashwagandha will slowly cure you.
