Been rough in bed last couple nights. And not in the fun " more please' way

I go to bed feeling ok. Tired, my days are busy AF. I do spend most days hardly sitting. Running up and down hallways at work. Using the stairs. Maybe its my beloved comfy shoes. They don't have much support but they are as close to feeling barefoot as you can at work I think.

Anyway, I digress. I get in bed at night. The minute my body relaxes my legs start aching until so uncomfortable i have to constantly change positions. From my hips to my ankles
I do take magnesium btw. I also have a B vitamin blend. And potassium is good too

Have you heard of 'restless leg syndrome'.

Not saying it is , but maybe?

I only ever got it for a short time when i was on antidepressants and and an anti-inflammatory at the same time. Bit its like, i dunno ....a tightness.
Not a cramp but ... yeah, uncomfortableness but not pain. It gives you the shits enough to kinda make you wanna cry.

Some people claim it akin to a kind of slow torture as it robs you of your sleep.

🤷‍♀️🫤
@OogieBoogie yeah, i have to constantly like flex and stretch and rotate move positions etc. Not pain but so uncomfortable 😕
@Bexsy YEP!
Wow, it really sounds like RLS, i kid you not.
I was forever flexing my leg muscles, pulling my legs up, stretching them out again, shifting position.
And the only relief was while i was doing it.
As soon as i stopped....itd start again.

Drove me nuts .

I dont know how people cope with it every night.😟
