Been rough in bed last couple nights. And not in the fun " more please' way

I go to bed feeling ok. Tired, my days are busy AF. I do spend most days hardly sitting. Running up and down hallways at work. Using the stairs. Maybe its my beloved comfy shoes. They don't have much support but they are as close to feeling barefoot as you can at work I think.

Anyway, I digress. I get in bed at night. The minute my body relaxes my legs start aching until so uncomfortable i have to constantly change positions. From my hips to my ankles
I do take magnesium btw. I also have a B vitamin blend. And potassium is good too

If you’re ever willing to wear different shoes, I swear by ASICS, I have planter fasciitis on both feet and I’m on my feet 8-10 hour shifts and my feet feel pretty good. I only buy the running ones though with the extra Gel insole.

A daily foot and leg massage would do you wonders too. 🤗
@SW-User i truly should wear better shoes. Heydudes are comfy. But not much for support
