I think just being in the wilderness amongst the trees and reeds does a world of good.
Did you dry off okay lol. It rained on my last bike ride too. Good thing I love the rain. :)

@Matt85 I love the rain too! I reminded myself of how effortless my laughter gets in nature...why aren't we doing this more often ? I used to once every week and the last few months because I'm moving so much I lost my routines...
