DaveE54 got it ..it means sexual attraction to persons with Disabilities. Being in your 80's you may have to keep an look out soon 😉

@Kae20 nasty comment. Where did he find it. I found various things with close spellings. If you use devotism then yes, the decision is right there. Interestingly, most commonly towards amputations, prosthesis and crutches.

Devotisum isn’t even a word.

If it’s a misspelling, it’s your job to verify correct spelling before you post.

Google makes that incredibly easy.
