Never overshare. Privacy is power. People can't ruin what they don't know.

Just something to think about. Of course, people can't ruin what you won't allow them to, but some will sure try to discourage you. Life goes so much better, when you keep your business to yourself---especially your goals. I cannot stress the oversharing principle, enough.

People are not always out for your best interest, nor happy for you. In fact, some like it better when you don't succeed. It's a shame that life is that way, but usually, people are just jealous. I stay away from these type people. If any friend treats you this way, they are not your friend.

I wish I would have taken this advice seven years ago. I think I've over shared my life to the point of annoyance to other people on here.
@Lostpoet

I wasn't talking about here, when people need to vent and get hurt feelings out. I'm talking about business, for when off here, you tell people too much of your personal business. That really does hurt you in the long run, because it leaves you vulnerable for people to interfere in your life.

@LadyGrace I agree.

Only if the people keep their data will society be free . Privacy matters because it gives power to the people . … losses of privacy make it easier for others to interfere with your life
@NinaTina Exactly! 😃
