The version that she didn't want to leave...
My heart when i was 43
My attitude when i was 7
My body when i was 20
And the wisdom i have now
My attitude when i was 7
My body when i was 20
And the wisdom i have now

43 x 7/20.... Mathematically, you come out young, and it follows your mature wisdom that you are on to something.
The ideal version of oneself is often a reflection of personal aspirations, values, and goals. Here's a general description of what someone might consider their ideal version:
1. **Physical Health:** The ideal self prioritizes physical well-being, maintaining a healthy lifestyle through regular exercise, balanced nutrition, and adequate rest. This person is in tune with their body's needs and takes proactive steps to promote longevity and vitality.
2. **Mental and Emotional Well-being:** The ideal self cultivates resilience, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness. This person manages stress effectively, practices mindfulness or meditation, and nurtures positive relationships. They are capable of handling life's challenges with grace and maintaining a positive outlook.
3. **Personal Growth:** Continuous learning and personal development are central to the ideal self. This person seeks out new experiences, challenges themselves intellectually, and embraces opportunities for growth and self-improvement. They are open-minded, adaptable, and curious about the world around them.
4. **Values and Integrity:** The ideal self is guided by a strong moral compass and acts with integrity in all endeavors. This person upholds their values and principles, treating others with respect, empathy, and compassion. They strive to make ethical decisions and contribute positively to their community and society as a whole.
5. **Purpose and Fulfillment:** The ideal self lives a life of purpose and meaning, aligning their actions with their passions and values. This person pursues goals that are meaningful to them, whether in their career, relationships, creative pursuits, or philanthropic endeavors. They find fulfillment in making a positive impact on the world around them and living authentically according to their true desires.
It's important to note that the ideal self is a journey rather than a destination. It's not about achieving perfection but rather striving for personal growth, authenticity, and fulfillment. Each person's ideal self may look different based on their unique values, experiences, and aspirations.

Hmmmmm
I’d be a little more trusting, and a lot less stressed….a little more fit and a lot less ‘fluffy’….a little more financially stable and a lot less financially strained….a little more healthy and a lot less hard on myself.

I do not need to describe it. I am headed that way. Slowly. Surely. Confidently.

Not constantly doubting myself. Actually speaking up for myself. And the most important one..Actually BELIEVING I matter or my wants matter. 😟

I don't have many complaints but I'd like to be a bit more in shape ( I have degenerative disk which makes it hard), a few more local friends (just moved), less stressed (not working but external stress from different sources)

Someone once asked World Champion Magnus Carlsen who his favorite chess player was and he said, “Probably myself, three years ago.” I love that answer!

I won’t describe…I’m living the ideal version of myself.
