Gen Z person refuses to work at 8 am, his boss is mad.

I'm sorry but Gen Z is just smarter, they know enough about corrupt employers that they won't be push overs as everything is freely available to look up. That's the issue here when employers get all hurt want to complain on live TV, talk about cringe.

The way this guy handled his irresponsible employer was good though, I liked his response. If it's a 9 am start day, it's 9 am, if it's 8 am it's 8 am. As a person who is recently looking for a job, I can't tell people how much businesses are lying about everything literally. It should be illegal with how much they lie 馃ぅ honestly.

People are tired of the work force like Gen Z, they know their worth. They are over worked, underpaid and they know this.

We can talk all day about how we're working harder because the system is screwing us over and because of corruption we now gotta work 8 to 16 hours, six days a week almost to make ends meet, when it wasn't that much before but that's not the point.

The point is that Gen Z knows their worth and is not having it, so good on them.

Boomers are such a weird generation. They want you to bend over backwards for them and be strong, but they themselves are divas over every little thing that goes wrong.

@Rolexeo Yeah but the boomers at the age of seven, got up at 4 a.m. to work on the farm, then at 7 they walked uphill to school barefoot in the snow, earned straight "A"s, then again walked home uphill barefoot in the snow, did more chores, then went to their full time job at the steel mill to work nights.

This lasted until age 16 when they got drafted to go fight in a war. Then at age 20 they got a full time job shoveling horse manure for 16 hours a day then went home to care for their sick grandma.

Hey as a GenX myself, our parents are boomers, and we pretty much hate that generation as well. We heard BS stories like this all the time.

OH, sometimes I hear my fellow Gen X'ers who have similar stories and let me clear something up - it is COMPLETE BULLSH*T when my peers claim that.

@CestManan You know, the score! 馃檪馃尯

@Oster1 When people claim they are held down two full time jobs, went to school, raised a family, AND volunteered at their kid's school PTA, my knee-jerk thought is, "And you did all this on two hours sleep a night?"

People are full of it.

@CestManan Sometimes they'd get so sick that they couldn't see and would have to learn to read in brail. They didn't have money to travel so when they needed to they'd walk or cut down a tree with their barehands cause they couldn't afford to buy an axe, they'd make a boat, and row thousands of miles. In the middle of winter.

@CestManan If we all knew, the sacrifices others make, spreading the love, this world would open up! 馃檪馃尯
