If you are in your 40's or you are over that, what suggestion do you have for a man in his 30's?

It may not matter Riemann. You are in Bangledesh and most of us are in the USA or UK The cultural differences are so much. My 30's was probably completely differnt than yours but similar to a lot guys in the west over here. I hope you are having a good Ramadan.

@Riemann Your mastery of English is impressive. what job skills do you have? Are you expecte to marry a Muslim on day? Beyond I would say work out even if you don't want to. Your work habits in your 30's will make life easier or harder when you are north of 45. Try to find a skill the marketplace finds valuabe and if you can (and I know it is hard) try to put away some money when you can.
