My dog has been sitting under the nook of a tree in the corner of the yard staring at the corner for the past hour.

Usually he sits at the glass door and stares inside. I used to think he was staring at me. But when I go out there, half the time he ignores me and continues to stare inside. He's creepy like that. And lately his taken to staring into this corner. And I am beginning to get curious as to what it is he sees or is looking for... I think I'm just going to turn the hose on him instead.

Unless he's in danger of heatstroke or predation from any creature likely to harm him (ants; spiders; snakes etc.) He's probably fine.

Maybe he sees something that he considers might be a danger to either you or your home and is keeping a watchful eye.
