Are you good at passing on your recipes?

I'm not. When it comes to the seasonings I never know what to put. A shake of this a pinch of that...

For types of food that are not much affected by the chemistry of the ingredients I mostly just make things up as I go. But since I have been making bread more often I have found that I need to be more precise so I make notes more often. So I could pass on recipes if anyone wanted them, but mostly no one is interested. My sister occasionally asks for them but she almost never makes them.
