that place sucks if you are looking for work for anything more than construction worker, fisherman, or grocery store clerk
there are jobs for professionals but the job pool for any kind of job in the entire country is maybe 1000 or 500 positions max
that is for the entire country so you will be competing in a country of millions for those positions
thats like everyone in Texas competing for 500 jobs in Austin
the favorite national pastime of Norwegians is to fly away from the country on holiday to Spain
the tendency of them to leave their own country because of the weather is even reflected in one of their national songs saying exactly that

@goneNow6565 I figured someone would have some insight into that but I’m none the wiser, how does a country even function like that!
@DHggmu they usually just find one company and work there for their whole life because its literally the only position in the whole country
@DHggmu they dont have the work culture like we have in the US where we can get fired so easily
@DHggmu they try to rehabilitate their nonproductive employees more
