what is a life coach and are they helpful?

if you need help but not from parents is a life coach good? what do they do exacly?

It’s same as SW but you pay a fortune for it and there is one person giving you answers or asking you questions. lol

Better off going to a Psychologist. They can recommend a behavioral specialist if that's what you need.
