I've done this several times. I walked around the car parks at Newcastle airport for over an hour one night. I was on the way back to the terminal to report it stolen, when I walked past it.

Whenever I park in an unfamiliar place, especially larger car parks, I take a picture of where I parked. It makes it so much easier on me when exiting.

I once parked my car in a street.
Came back and it was gone, I panicked 😱 thought it had been nicked it was a really rough area.
Anyway it turns out there’s a street identical just behind it lol 😂

Parking lots are so large. I try to park and then look where it is in relation to the store. If I forget, I have the key fob that beeps. Just a normal part of aging, Gus. Be kind to yourself.

Id consider getting one of those locator tags and sticking it on the car if this becomes a regular problem. I usually try to make a note of where it is on my phone while walking in.
