Aokigahara Forest / 青木ヶ原樹海

Who would it thought?
Beautiful forest where human lifes were lost.

Peaceful, yet, pain of others stayed.
More beautiful are people who died there.

What are their stories? What made them go so far? And take their own life?
I see suicide note on the tree.
Words I relate to.

I don't know who you were. Even so, for you somehow I cared. I wish I saved you from agony you felt.

Taking your life, is the worst death.
Really you think your life is meaningless.

I saw old man, as a guide to it's forest.
He saves those who here came.
Once he said:

"You think you die alone, but that's not true.
No one is alone in this world."

My heart felt suddenly different. What a kindness he had.

And I think of people who died by their own hands.
I don't know them. I'm sad.
I don't know them. But If did, I'd make them smile.
I would talk to them for a long while.

We could share our pain. Of their life I wouldn't let be end.
Together we can go through it..
So don't give up just yet.

And so people who died here I will never forget.
You've been in pain. You've gone through a lot.

But In my mind you won't rot.
Because I will cherish everyone even after death.
You were important even if that's not how you felt..

I'm sorry for what you've been through. You're now at ease, in your enteral sleep.
You were loved and you are even now.

The Aokigahara forest will remain, and I will follow that endless chain.
I will live on, recal on deaths of people who in this place layed.
Their lifes were precious, such souls for awe, and so in my heart I will keep it all to stay.

Rest in peace. As long as I breathe, you won't be forgotten.

For those who are alive.
You are loved. You are important. Find happiness you deserve.
