It's a wide open topic so that's hard to say, though I believe we can continue to learn and grow until we die, depending on our circumstances. Everyone gets into ruts and standstills that require work to move out of.

No, I don't think I will ever reach my full potential, because if I did, it would mean that, especially at my age, I have become too comfortable. Instead, I have a lot of learning ahead of me, and growth will inevitably follow.
