I had a little sad day

I am in pain due to two repetitive shoulder dislocations, one yesterday and one in the morning and I felt so alone in dealing with it.. Shifus just avoiding talking and the other students keep on their training. I'd like it if they were a little, you know just a little bit more caring with me. No. Cold. I've cried and cried by myself. One student that we communicate better sat with me for a minute in the morning and asked me if I needed anything, and told me to let him know. That was nice. But it was all that I got compassion -wise from all of them.
