Lol This is to become an aircraft mechanic, and if they think you can't handle the pressure of the job or thinking they can take advantage of you because of bias, personality, or whatever then you get the short end of the stick. If they don't like my "ballsiness" then they know they can't get away with anything and that frees up my time to not get jerked around a few weeks in. By all means, I'll be respectful but I'm not a push over no matter how "desperate".
