@SinlessOnslaught It is a mixed bag and depends on the place for me-I never want to go, but between psych wards, rehab, and crisis centers, I am used to having to spend some time away getting my head sorted out. Just part of life, not entirely positive and not entirely negative.

@sylvivresavie What were you in for?

@SinlessOnslaught I am bipolar I, so it varies. Sometimes I have a really severe manic episode, sometimes it is the big S, sometimes it is a mixed episode. This time it is because I am spiraling badly and the sh is out of control and I need to spend some time away and get my meds adjusted before it really escalates.
