Why do people iron??

I have no idea why anyone would iron clothes regularly. I iron the occasional item but in general, no way! Such a waste of time. Hang it on a hanger to dry and it won’t be creased.

My mother almost had a heart attack today when I told her I haven’t got my iron out in about 6 months.

As I told her, she has time to waste! I do not 🤓

Maybe a school shirt, lightly touched with an iron, otherwise,ironing can go sling one,like you say,time can be spent doing something else..And yes..as a man,I do the majority of the ironing,when required,it's better than sodding cleaning,that's my eldests chores each week 🤪😃
