Why do people iron??

I have no idea why anyone would iron clothes regularly. I iron the occasional item but in general, no way! Such a waste of time. Hang it on a hanger to dry and it won’t be creased.

My mother almost had a heart attack today when I told her I haven’t got my iron out in about 6 months.

As I told her, she has time to waste! I do not 🤓

I iron my shirts and trousers. Clothes like jeans don't need ironing.

@resealableheart My Mum ironed sheets too. I'm not sure she didn't iron the dish towels as well.
