Fifidog Not doing your hygiene (like taking showers/baths, brushing your teeth, etc), you have the need to isolate yourself from others, frequent (or constant) thoughts of suicide, having a repeated boring schedule (staying shut up in your room/home all day and night, never really want to leave the house, walk away from crowds or just a single person. Playing video games, eat, sleep and repeat), irregular sleeping patterns, changes in appetite, personality and emotions.
How depression feels... it feels like there's lots of weight on you and that you have a sort-of negative or unwanted vibe around you (that you're mostly aware of).
Though, you probably just have anxiety. Mental illnesses will never go away. You just have to figure out how to cope with them.
