I was Told in 3 to 6 months i wouldneed be placed upon the National Kidney Transplant list
In Nov 2021 i had a 96% Heart failure
Im 61
Yet..
My kidneys show well within fully normal levels
And
My heart shows also Fully in Normal levels
( one of my meds was stopped by my cardiologist as a result ) and i only am called in for a review cautionary exam 4 to 6 months
Also i used to have COPD ( though dont now )
Im up to walking 65 to 120 miles a month
( though i do have joint issues)
My ex
At 22 had major heart issues
At age 22 she had had 4 heart surjuries
Her lips turned Blue in walking even half a block
She was warned Strongly to abort our child
So against dr wishes
I got her walking from less then a block
To walking 10-15 miles 6 days a week
Causing the building of many new capillaries
Possibly building up more viens
Growing far stronger viens and arteries
2 months later she finished and finished very well her First full stress test
Also
A day before her scedualled C section
She gave a Perfect Natural Birth ( though 3.5 weeks primy birth )
To this day..she walks daily 30-90 mins
Continuing to have Great Medical check ups
My Point
Never Give upMaintain a Strong and Positive Mental state ( seek help/assistance from family/friends for a Good Positive Mental State )
One Can Regain Health
( Admittedly Not Always )
