If you were the leader of your own country, what law would you put into place first?

I would change the national anthem to Woody Guthrie's "This Land Is Your Land."

Less tax for breadwinners, and children who support their parents and siblings

No illegal immigrants. Seems in USA they have more rights and opportunities than real citizens
