@Monalisaa1986 vocal performance which I don't want to continue for my career. I want to go into music therapy now which would incorporate my musical training and compassion with psychology and research

Congratulations on almost getting that degree. That shows that you have been able to stick with something even when it is tough. That will provide strength for future challenges. The budgeting and saving part should be easy by comparison. If you don't get into grad school perhaps there are some micro-credentials that would help get you into your chosen career.
