@Josh1454 Yeah, I bet you were in good shape 👍 Even when I was involved in Mountaineering
I was only working out 1 1/2 - 2 hours a day 1/2 cardio 1/2 weight lifting, 6 days a week. I'm
almost 64, and still work out a lot. I average over 100 zone minutes a day according to my fit bit.
and I average 15k steps a day. I lift a lot, but much lighter weights. I would be pretty ripped if
I didn't like my two daily beers after the gym so much. ☺️
