This shouldn’t be stated as an opinion question . There’s factual information that answers that question .
For men it’s 29, women 26.

@AthrillatheHunt Those are averages....actual results are different for different individuals. Some people are in their best physical shape a bit younger, others a bit older.

@DragonFruit no point in debating here .

@AthrillatheHunt If a person does exactly the same thing their whole life, your numbers
could be correct. Many people get in the best shape of their life after retirement. Sure, they are past
their prime. But it could become "Their" prime. I was carrying a 55lb pack up mountains,
at high elevations in my 40's. I trained like a demon. You must be talking about a natural prime,
that has nothing to do with training.

@DragonFruit You both are talking about a natural prime, that has nothing to do with training,
or lifestyle. You can achieve a new prime, if you train hard enough. Many people are fat and
out of shape until their 40's or 50's, when they make a serious lifestyle change.

@DogMan my buddy does marathons and many 40 something divorcées do too. Midlife crisis/lifestyle changes don’t affect one’s prime though . No man is in his physical prime in his 40’s.
DogMan · 61-69, M
@AthrillatheHunt Well, it depends how you look at it. If a person waits until their 40's before
exercising. And gets in the best shape of their life. That becomes his/her prime. But I know
what you are saying. If they did the same thing at a younger age, they would be better.

@AthrillatheHunt Maybe it should be called Biological Prime. Or Natural Prime.
When I think of Physical Prime, I take training into consideration.☺️
