Screws up are fine but I don't think anyone should be entitled for major ones.

We be human, we screw up. Sometimes big screw ups, sometimes little ones. The key is humility… acceptance of that part of being human, being willing to learn from screw ups, and make amends when appropriate. Once I grasped that life became much easier.
