it is important to note that some degree of regret is normal and can even be a valuable learning experience. The goal is not to completely eliminate regret, but rather to minimize it and learn from it

I have many unfortunately, I was stupidly chasing others to fill a huge void when I was younger (part of me still is). I should have focused on myself 30 years ago instead and put myself in the position I am now, and thankfully the void is A LOT smaller.
