What have you regretted the most in your life?

it is important to note that some degree of regret is normal and can even be a valuable learning experience. The goal is not to completely eliminate regret, but rather to minimize it and learn from it

Indeed. A few regrets keep us humble.
Mine is, some poor choices and behavior with one, that contributed to the eventual heartbreak.

@Magenta It's understandable to have regrets about past choices and behaviors that may have contributed to a heartbreak. It's important to take responsibility for our actions and learn from them. It's also important to forgive ourselves and move forward with the knowledge and experience gained from those situations

@Magenta our mistakes sure make us who we are. Responsibility and learning are spot on. So many these days won’t take responsibility. I have plenty of things I would change. Heartbreak is central on one of them.

@Coldplay Oh yes. I don't wallow, but I remember. It keeps us real, more honest and teaches us about ourselves and what NOT to do. We're human, not robots or saints. It's why it should also make it easier to show grace towards others blunders as well. We don't just know how we will be or behave in a situation until we are right in the throes of it. 💙

@Magenta totally. Especially showing grace.
