How to stay motivated doing unrewarded task?

Do we always need to be rewarded when doing things?

Are we sincerely doing our job?
What is considered as "sincerely" when doing task/job/something?

Lately, I loss my motivation and constant distracted as I feel worthless doing task that has no rewards.
