Renting places

I finally found a good place to buy for renting but now I'm second guessing myself if I want to get the place now, or should I wait for something cheaper, cause idk if I should wait any longer than I have now.

Don’t second-guess yourself when you see it by it buying’s always better than renting. I wouldn’t rent anything make other people money I’ll make money not them to long-term investment.

@maturedragon but you got your head in right direction it will come by the interest rates are pretty high right now they are here in Canada. I owned some commercial real estate. I do OK on it but I think it be pretty tough to make much money buying right now.

@maturedragon oh, you’re buying a house still the same thing location location location I just built a new one a year ago year and a half ago my kids are getting older, so I built the house just for me and a big shop for room for my toys. Are interest rates high where you are do you have to put a big down payment down to keep your mortgage down
