Renting places

I finally found a good place to buy for renting but now I'm second guessing myself if I want to get the place now, or should I wait for something cheaper, cause idk if I should wait any longer than I have now.

If it's a good place and a good price then get it , if not you should wait for a better one.

@maturedragon housing is most peoples biggest expense, it's always scary and worrying.
