When I was walking to the grocery store tonight, there was a man laying in the snow bank on the sidewalk, seemingly stunned and sort of rocking oddly

Three people (ADULTS, two of them were men) walked right by him, obviously trying to pretend he wasn't even there. There was a taxi driver (adult) AND a person (adult) getting in the taxi about 8ft away.

What the fuck is wrong with people?

He looked really sketchy, I get it, but he was harmless.

How hard is it to stop and ask if someone is okay???

Oh no :( i doesnt take much. Happened by my work the other month. We heard about a guy that had was not breathing So we rushed out. And did cpr and used the defib. But people we walking by not helping and some were even filmin it :(

@Bexsy yeah, I should have called somewhere though. I dunnooooo it sucks because I WAS scared of him, and no one else around was helping or supporting so I felt a bit intimidated

Or call the police and ask for them to check him out. Maybe people fear being attacked or something.

@cherokeepatti I get it, but there are loads of people around for support and the dude was clearly hardly able to hold himself up.

And calling the police is a great idea, but they rarely show up
